BUILDING PROCESS AND GUARANTEES

Our building process is designed to be seamless and stress-free. It typically involves six key steps:

  1. Obligation-free consultation: An initial consultation to understand your vision, requirements and budget.
  2. Preliminary deposit: Once your preliminary deposit is paid, we do a detailed site assessment, produce architectural drawings and provide an accurate estimation of the project.
  3. Style Day: Our expert consultants guide you in choosing materials and finishes.
  4. Contract and approvals: Locking in a guaranteed price and timeline, with Davis Sanders handling all paperwork and permits.
  5. Construction: Your dedicated site supervisor manages the build, provides regular updates, and ensures quality, on-time, and on-budget completion.
  6. Settling in with confidence: Our support continues after handover with a three-month maintenance check.
