Our expert consultants help you choose materials and finishes that reflect your personal style – from bricks to benchtops and everything in between.

Contracts and approvals

Once your design is approved and site surveys are complete, we lock in a guaranteed price and timeline, ensuring peace of mind with no hidden surprises. We take care of all contract paperwork, permit applications, and required fees for permits, insurances, engineering plans and so on, making your build seamless and stress-free.

Construction

Your dedicated site supervisor manages every aspect of the build, ensuring the highest standards of quality. They provide regular updates, keeping you informed and involved right up to completion, on time and on budget.

Settling in with confidence

Our support continues after handover with a complimentary three-month maintenance check, giving you added reassurance as you settle into your new home.
